Photo Friday – Seville Cathedral

Photo Friday - Seville Cathedral

Seville was one of the highlights for us during our one month visit through Spain (October/November, 2010). Our most memorable experience was taking part in an historical walking tour which also led us through the Seville Cathedral.

Catedral de Santa María de la Sede is the largest gothic cathedral in the world; is the third largest church in the world (until Sagrada Familia in Barcelona is completed), and also contains Christopher Columbus’ remains. Talk about a wonderous city full of history!

Wishing everyone a great weekend!
